Goa, Haryana and Bihar are the top rank gaining Digital States of India, jumping 9, 8 and 8 ranks respectively. They were followed by Chandigarh and Assam, gaining 6 and 5 ranks. This is revealed in the Digital States of India Report -2019 published by Coeus Age.
The chart above highlights the MMPs where the states have retained their earlier leadership and those where they made big gains in 2019. E.g. Goa gained on ePolice, Land Records whereas Haryana gained on eProcurement and eEmployment. Similarly Assam gained on the Policy and Infrastructure Readiness.
